A Producer / Director who comes from a production background as First Assistant Director (GODZILLA, PACIFIC RIM, BIRDS OF PREY, TOTAL RECALL) and 2nd Unit Director (HOTEL ATREMIS, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES 2, EXTREME DAYS, MONSTER TRUCKS). He has collaborated with top-tier filmmakers, including Taylor Hackford, Paul Haggis, Peter Jackson, Kathryn Bigelow, Guillermo Del Torro, Gareth Edwards, Mary Parent, Nicolas Winding Refn, David Leitch, and Chad Stahelski. Having shot over 75 fllms, Alex has become a go to collaborator for directors, producers and studios alike.
In recent years, Alex produced the Emmy-Award winning series, BEEF, and Executive Produced, AMERICAN PRIMEVAL, for Netflix, and produced and directed the Amazon series TOO OLD TO DIE YOUNG with Nicolas Winding Refn and is Executive Producing a second series with Refn titled, MANIAC COP, for HBO.
He also Executive Produced the limited series FABLED with Evan Jonigkeit and Zosia Mamet, has directed an episode of ZOO for CBS and directed the short film MILDRED AND THE DYING PARLOR (Steve Buscemi, Jane Krakowski, Zosia Mamet, and Evan Jonigkeit) that premiered at the TriBeCa Film Festival and is being developed into a TV show at Warner Brothers.
Alex is in development on numerous projects. He is represented by the United Talent Agency, and resides in Los Angeles with his family.
A Producer / Line Producer, Chayah is Executive Producer of the Sundance World premiere, AFTER THE WEDDING, starring Julianne Moore and Michelle Williams. With more than a decade of production and post-production experience working for Miramax, DreamWorks Animation, MGM, and independently financed projects, Chayah has been fortunate to work with some of the best filmmakers in the industry over the course of her career.
She was selected for the Women in Film Producers Mentorship Circle where she worked with producer, Michelle Raimo-Kouyate (SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK) before going on to mentor writers in the Women in Film Writers Mentorship Circle.
With a full slate of projects in development, Chayah is excited to be working with filmmakers around the world. A California native, she attended film school at UCLA and currently divides her time between Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA. She is a member of Women in Film and Georgia Production Partnership (GPP).
Natasha's first feature screenplay, GAME INVADERS, was well received at a number of international screenplay competitions. Her 2nd screenplay, THE UNDERTAKER’S CHILDREN, was a finalist in the Page International Screenwriting Awards, Slamdance Screenplay Competition and Writemovies Script Contest. It has attracted interest from several production companies, but it was after placing in the top 3 thrillers, in Final Draft’s Big Break International screenplay competition, that Natasha met producer, Chayah Masters, and optioned her script to Masters’ production company, Rumination Road. Natasha is a published horror short story author and resides with her family in Collaroy, New South Wales.
Jessie Frost began in Jina Jay’s office in 2010. Exposed to wonderful projects and directors, this set the tone for Jessie’s pathway ahead. In 2018 Jessie began casting independently. Casting the 2019 Palme d’Or nominated “Little Joe” for Jessica Hausner which won Emily Beecham the best actress award at Cannes, “Borg Vs McEnroe” (Shia LaBeouf) for Janus Metz, “Adults in the Room” for Costa Gavras, “Lonely Planet” for Susannah Grant and Netflix and 2022 Palme d’Or nominated “Triangle of Sadness” for Ruben Ostlund.
Carissa is the founding partner of Beverly Hills, CA based entertainment law firm, Knol Hanly, P.C.. She has been the production counsel for more than 30 films and television projects and has extensive knowledge of international Co-Productions and film financing.
